2 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter (~32g)
1/3 cup Mixed Berries (~50g)
1 tbsp Chia Seeds (~12g)
1 scoop Unflavored Protein Powder (~30g)
1 tsp Honey (optional, ~7g)
PREPARATION
In a small saucepan, combine the mixed berries, chia seeds, protein powder, and honey. Gently heat the mixture over low-medium heat, stirring frequently until the berries soften and the mixture thickens into a jam consistency (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool.
