INGREDIENTS
6 oz Salmon Fillet (170g)
1 cup Green Beans (125g)
1 cup Cauliflower (107g)
1 tsp Olive Oil (5g)
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder (3g)
PREPARATION
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp of olive oil.
Season the salmon fillet on both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Place the salmon in the skillet, skin-side down if applicable, and sear for about 3-4 minutes until a golden crust forms.
Flip the salmon carefully and sear the other side for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through but still moist in the center.
Meanwhile, steam the green beans until they are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
For the cauliflower mash, steam or boil the cauliflower until very soft, about 8-10 minutes, then mash until smooth. Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
Plate the seared salmon with a side of steamed green beans and a serving of cauliflower mash. Serve immediately.
