1.5 cups Broccoli (150g)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (13.5g)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice (30g)
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Mixed Dried Herbs
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, minced garlic, mixed dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken breast on one side of a sheet pan. Drizzle half of the olive oil and spoon over some of the lemon herb mixture to marinate the chicken.
Add the broccoli florets to the other side of the sheet pan. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and toss with the rest of the lemon herb mixture to ensure even coating.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F) and the broccoli is crispy and lightly browned.
