1 cup Green Beans (125g)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 Lemon (juiced)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
PREPARATION
Rinse and pat dry the shrimp. Trim if necessary and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
Wash and trim the green beans. Pat them dry to ensure crispiness when cooking.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet. Sear for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque. During the last minute of cooking, squeeze in the lemon juice.
