1 cup Broccoli (156g)
1 tsp Olive Oil (5g)
1 clove Garlic (3g)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (15g)
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F for roasting the broccoli.
Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
Roast the broccoli in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
While the broccoli roasts, season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.
