1/8 cup Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese (minced, approx. 14g)
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce (approx. 62g)
1 slice Turkey Pepperoni (approx. 8g)
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Fresh Basil
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Slice a pocket into the side of the chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
In a small bowl, mix the part-skim mozzarella cheese with a pinch of dried oregano, garlic powder, and a few torn basil leaves. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
Stuff the cheese mixture into the pocket of the chicken breast.
Place the stuffed chicken breast in a baking dish and top generously with tomato sauce.
