0.25 whole Avocado (sliced)
1 medium Tomato (sliced)
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a food processor, combine the tofu, chickpeas, black beans, rolled oats, diced red bell pepper, diced onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined but still a bit chunky for texture.
Shape the mixture into a patty approximately the size of your lettuce leaves.
