1 cup Asparagus
1 cup Chopped Cauliflower

PREPARATION
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add half of the olive oil.
Sear the salmon skin-side down for about 3-4 minutes until crisp, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
