3 oz Lean Ground Beef
1 large Red Bell Pepper

1/4 medium Onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Cut the top off the red bell pepper and remove the seeds and membranes. Lightly brush the inside with olive oil and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
