INGREDIENTS
5 oz Beef Sirloin Steak
150 g Potatoes (baked)
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Cube the potatoes into even pieces, toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread them evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast the potatoes in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning once halfway through for even browning.
While the potatoes roast, season the steak generously on both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time to achieve your preferred doneness.
In the last minute of cooking, add the butter and garlic (lightly crushed) to the pan. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the steak as it finishes cooking.
Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Slice thinly if desired.
Plate the steak alongside the crispy roasted potatoes and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
