1 medium Potato (150g)
3.5 tbsp Chickpea Flour (32.8g)
15g Nutritional Yeast
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1/4 cup chopped Fresh Cilantro
1 whole Green Chili
1 Garlic Clove
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp mixed Spices (Cumin, Coriander, Paprika, Salt)
PREPARATION
In a medium bowl, mash the cooked chickpeas and boiled, cooled potato until a slightly chunky paste forms.
Stir in the chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, and mixed spices. Mix until well combined; if the mixture feels too loose, add a little more chickpea flour.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Form the mixture into 4 compact patties.
Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
