PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken breast dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and half of the chopped fresh herbs.
In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and remaining herbs to create a marinade.
