PREPARATION
Dice the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces.
Heat the sesame oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
Push the chicken to one side of the pan and crack the egg into the space. Scramble the egg gently until just set.
