Prepare the broccoli by cutting it into bite-sized florets. Toss the florets in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread them out on a baking sheet.

Meanwhile, pat the salmon dry with a paper towel and season lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a small bowl, mix the harissa paste with a tiny drizzle of olive oil to make it a smooth glaze.
Brush the harissa mixture generously over the salmon fillet.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon, skin side down first if applicable, for about 3-4 minutes until a crust forms. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is just cooked through.
Alternatively, if preferred, after brushing the salmon with harissa, you can place it in the oven for 8-10 minutes until cooked to your liking.
Plate the glazed salmon alongside the crispy roasted broccoli. Serve warm and enjoy!
