Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
In a bowl, combine the lean ground turkey, egg white, whole wheat breadcrumbs, one minced garlic clove, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined without overworking the meat.
Form the mixture into small meatballs, aiming for about 1.5-inch diameter.
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, low-sodium soy sauce, and the remaining minced garlic. Stir until the glaze is smooth and fragrant, then remove from heat.
Place the turkey meatballs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush a little of the honey-garlic glaze on top of each meatball.
Roast the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until they are cooked through and lightly browned.
While the meatballs roast, prepare the asparagus. Spread the trimmed asparagus evenly on another baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Roast the asparagus in the oven for 10-12 minutes until tender but still crisp.
Once done, drizzle any remaining glaze over the meatballs and serve them alongside the roasted asparagus.
