PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cut the cabbage into thick slices (steaks) about 1 inch thick. Brush both sides lightly with 1 tsp olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the edges are crispy and browned, flipping halfway through.
