PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl until evenly coated.
Spread the seasoned broccoli on a baking sheet and roast for 15-18 minutes until tender and slightly charred at the edges.
