1 wedge Lemon
2 garlic cloves
2 cups chopped Kale

PREPARATION
Pat the chicken breast dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Add the chicken breast to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
During the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic to the pan and squeeze in fresh lemon juice, basting the chicken.
