PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Place the chicken breast on one side of the sheet pan. Drizzle with half of the olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and half of the chopped garlic. Squeeze a little lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with a portion of the fresh herbs.
In a mixing bowl, toss the chopped broccoli with the remaining olive oil, garlic, a squeeze of lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper, and the rest of the fresh herbs until evenly coated.
Arrange the broccoli on the sheet pan next to the chicken.
Slices or wedges of the remaining lemon can be placed on the pan for added flavor and decoration.
