Enjoy a flavorful twist on a classic buffalo dish with tender chicken baked in a light, creamy buffalo sauce. This dish is finished with a sprinkle of low‐fat cheddar and served with crisp celery and carrot sticks for a satisfying crunch.
INGREDIENTS
6 oz Chicken Breast
3 oz Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Buffalo Sauce
1/4 cup Low-Fat Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 Celery Stalk
1 Medium Carrot
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, and olive oil until combined.
Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and coat evenly with the yogurt-buffalo mixture.
Sprinkle the low-fat cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
While the chicken bakes, wash and cut the celery into sticks and peel and cut the carrot into sticks.
Serve the creamy buffalo chicken hot from the oven with fresh celery and carrot sticks on the side.
