1 cup Asparagus (134g)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (14g)
2 medium Lemon wedges (40g total)
1 clove Garlic
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Wash and trim the asparagus, then toss it with half of the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking tray and roast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until tender and lightly charred.
Meanwhile, pat the cod fillet dry with a paper towel. Season generously with salt, pepper, and finely minced garlic.
