INGREDIENTS
6 ounces Chicken Wings (~170g)
150 grams Broccoli
100 grams Sweet Potato
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F and your oven to 425°F.
In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Air fry for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
Meanwhile, cut the sweet potato into wedges and toss with a small drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread the broccoli florets on a baking sheet, also lightly coated with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast the sweet potato wedges and broccoli in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until the sweet potatoes are tender and the broccoli has slight char marks.
Plate the air-fried chicken wings with a side of roasted broccoli and sweet potato wedges. Enjoy while warm!
