Crispy Air-Fried Chicken Wings with Roasted Green Beans
Enjoy a satisfying meal of crispy air-fried chicken wings paired with garlicky roasted green beans. The wings are seasoned to perfection and crisped in the air fryer, while the fresh green beans are lightly roasted with olive oil and spices, making this dish a delightful balance of flavor and texture.
INGREDIENTS
5 pieces Chicken Wings (approx 150g)
1 cup Fresh Green Beans (125g)
2 teaspoons Olive Oil (9g)
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) for the green beans.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss the wings with half of the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
While the wings are cooking, prepare the green beans. Toss the fresh green beans with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
Roast the green beans in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred at the edges.
Once cooked, plate the crispy chicken wings alongside the roasted green beans and serve immediately.
