Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil to create the glaze.
Toss the chicken wings in half of the glaze until well coated and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast the chicken wings in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
While the wings are roasting, toss the broccoli with a tiny drizzle of extra olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on another baking sheet.
Roast the broccoli for about 15 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred on the edges.
Once the wings are almost done, brush them with the remaining glaze and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes for a glossy finish.
