1 cup Spinach (approx 30g)
PREPARATION
Crack the egg whites into a bowl and add the whole egg, whisking together until well combined.
Slice the turkey sausage into small rounds or crumble if preferred.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1.5 tsp of olive oil. Sauté the turkey sausage until lightly browned, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and toss in the spinach, cooking until wilted.
