INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Rolled Oats (43g)
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (30g)
3 large Egg Whites (approx. 99g)
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (120g)
1/2 tablespoon Unsweetened Applesauce
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Dash of Liquid Stevia (optional)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, and egg whites. Stir in the unsweetened almond milk until the mixture is well incorporated.
In a separate small bowl, mix the unsweetened applesauce, ground cinnamon, and a dash of liquid stevia if using, to create a cinnamon swirl sauce.
Pour half of the oat mixture into the prepared baking dish. Drizzle half of the cinnamon sauce over the oats.
Add the remaining oat mixture on top, then drizzle with the rest of the cinnamon sauce. Use a knife to gently swirl the cinnamon sauce into the oats for a marbled effect.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the oats are set and the edges turn golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
