130g Chickpeas (canned, drained)
4 Romaine Lettuce leaves
1 Green Chili
1/2 Red Capsicum
2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Cilantro & Parsley)
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breast lightly with salt and pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and slightly charred. Once done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
