1 Large Bell Pepper
1 Egg White
0.25 cup Cooked Quinoa
0.25 cup Diced Tomatoes

1 clove Minced Garlic

1 tbsp Fresh Basil
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
