INGREDIENTS
5 oz Ground Turkey
1 large Egg White
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Broccoli
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine ground turkey, egg white, whole wheat bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on one side of the sheet pan.
Add the broccoli florets to the sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the sheet pan in the oven and roast for 18-20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and the broccoli is tender with crispy edges.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
