100g Asparagus
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Garlic Clove
1 tbsp Mixed Fresh Herbs (Rosemary & Thyme)

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken breast dry and rub it with half of the olive oil, then season generously with salt, pepper, and the mixed fresh herbs.
Place the seasoned chicken on a baking tray and roast for 18-20 minutes, or until fully cooked and the exterior is crisp.
