1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

PREPARATION
Dice the potato into small cubes. Rinse and dice the red bell pepper and yellow onion, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the diced potato to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until they start to soften and become lightly crispy, stirring occasionally.
Add the diced onion and red bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for another 3 minutes until they begin to soften.
