For the cashew cheese, blend raw cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, water, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy. Adjust water quantity as needed for desired consistency.
Once the chicken and broccoli are ready, plate the chicken, drizzle the cashew cheese sauce over the top, and serve with a side of roasted broccoli.
