Enjoy a well-rounded meal featuring crispy, oven-roasted chicken wings paired with tender roasted sweet potato and vibrant garlic-infused green beans. This dish delivers a satisfying crunch and deep savory flavors with a touch of natural sweetness and garlic aroma.
INGREDIENTS
3 pieces Chicken Wings (meat only, skin removed) (~150g)
1/2 medium Sweet Potato (~75g)
1 cup Green Beans (~125g)
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken wings dry and season with salt and pepper. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place the sweet potato halves on another baking sheet, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Roast the chicken wings and sweet potato in the oven. Turn the sweet potato halfway through; bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the wings are crispy and the sweet potato is tender.
While the wings and sweet potato are roasting, trim the green beans and mince the garlic.
In a skillet over medium heat, add a dash of olive oil, then sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the green beans and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender yet crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the wings and sweet potato from the oven, plate them alongside the garlic green beans, and serve warm.
