PREPARATION
Pat the cod fillet dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the cod fillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes per side until it becomes golden and opaque.
