1 cup chickpeas, canned and rinsed (240g)
2 tbsp buffalo sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl. Add the chickpeas.
