1 tsp Olive Oil (~4.5g)
1/2 tsp Dried Italian Herbs
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs.
Place the whole wheat breadcrumbs on a small plate. Press the chicken breast into the breadcrumbs to evenly coat all sides.
