Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the beef sirloin with salt and pepper, and sear it for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time as needed for your preferred doneness.
Once all components are cooked, serve the roasted chicken and seared beef together with a side of crispy roasted asparagus. Enjoy warm.
