PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic in the skillet until they are soft and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the lean ground turkey to the skillet. Break it apart and cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
