20g Fresh Basil Leaves

1 tsp Olive Oil
PREPARATION
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add diced yellow onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in chopped fresh tomatoes and cook until they’re slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes to meld the flavors.
