3 egg whites
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Slice the top off the bell pepper and remove the seeds and membranes, setting aside the top for later use if desired.
In a bowl, mix the pizza sauce with the egg whites until well combined.
Fill the hollowed bell pepper with the sauce and egg white mixture.
