1/4 cup Diced Tomatoes (~40g)
1/2 cup Spinach (~15g)
1.5 tsp Olive Oil
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the top off the bell pepper and remove the seeds and membranes.
