Stuff the chicken breast with the ricotta-spinach mixture, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
Lightly season the outside of the chicken with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of garlic powder.
Place the stuffed chicken breast on a baking sheet.
Toss the asparagus spears with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then arrange them around the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
