PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Place the chicken breast on the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon over it. Sprinkle with dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
