PREPARATION
Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
Slice the tomato and fresh mozzarella into even pieces. Roughly chop the basil leaves.
Lay out the two slices of whole grain bread. On one slice, layer the fresh mozzarella, turkey breast slices, tomato slices, and sprinkle chopped basil over the top. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
