Gently place the turkey meatballs into the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until all sides are browned and the meat is cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
While the meatballs cook, spiralize the zucchini into noodles and set aside.
In another pan, warm the fresh tomato sauce with a bit of salt and the remaining basil for 3-4 minutes to enhance its flavor. If preferred, add the sautéed garlic and onion from earlier to the sauce.
Plate the spiralized zucchini, top with the turkey meatballs, and generously spoon the fresh tomato sauce over the dish.
