2 oz Turkey Pepperoni (56g)
1 oz Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese (28g)
1/2 cup Marinara Sauce (125g)
1 tsp Dried Oregano
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Using a sharp knife, carefully butterfly the chicken breast to create a pocket for the fillings.
Season the inside and outside of the chicken with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
Layer the turkey pepperoni and low-fat mozzarella cheese inside the pocket of the chicken breast.
