Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow bowl, place the panko bread crumbs. Lightly season with a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
Pat the chicken breast dry, then coat each piece evenly with the panko crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Arrange the breaded chicken on one side of the baking sheet.
Toss the chopped broccoli with olive oil and a small pinch of salt, then spread them out on the other side of the baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together the orange juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and soy sauce.
Bake the chicken and broccoli for 20 minutes. After 15 minutes, drizzle about half of the orange sauce over the chicken to enhance the flavor.
Remove from the oven once the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender with crispy edges.
Transfer to a plate, drizzle the remaining orange sauce over the chicken if desired, and serve hot.
