PREPARATION
Thinly slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
Heat the sesame oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until golden brown and no longer pink, approximately 4-5 minutes.
