1 medium Green Bell Pepper (119g)
1 medium Onion (110g)

Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Slice the red and green bell peppers into thin strips. Cut the onion into similar strips. Mince the garlic cloves.
Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften but remain crisp.
