Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
Pat the chicken breast dry and lightly season with salt and pepper. Press the chicken into the breadcrumb mixture to create an even coating.
Place the coated chicken on one side of the baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice and orange zest to form a glaze.
Brush half of the orange glaze over the chicken, reserving the rest for finishing.
In another bowl, toss the broccoli with olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Spread the broccoli on the other side of the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender, flipping the chicken halfway through if desired.
During the last 5 minutes, brush the remaining orange glaze on the chicken to enhance the citrus flavor.
Remove from the oven, let rest for a couple of minutes, then serve your crispy orange chicken alongside the roasted broccoli.
